We feel that information sharing is not progressing in business and society in general because of the following obstacles:

- While defining life and career purpose is the essential role of human beings, society lacks the time, cultural space, and foundational ground to engage in open dialogue and vibrant debate on such matters.
Trapped by these constraints, individuals become physically and mentally depleted by tasks unrelated to the skills they genuinely ought to cultivate. Consequently, they lose the bandwidth to develop core capabilities over time, learn from others, resolve personal struggles, or re-evaluate their approaches.
